4 injured when driver crashes pickup truck into popular Orlando bar

ORLANDO, Fla. — There is a big cleanup effort underway after a truck crashed into an Orlando bar.

The truck slammed through the concrete wall of the Hideaway Bar at around 6 p.m. Sunday.

Police said they are investigating the incident as a possible DUI crash.

According to police records, Jackson Click was arrested after the crash.

Investigators said charges are still pending at this time, but they believe the driver could have been under the influence because he had just left the bar.

General manager Tiffani Thomas said everyone inside the Hideaway Bar was in complete shock as the pickup rammed into the building.

It was a chaotic scene as staff ran toward the kitchen and customers tried escaping through the back door.

Witnesses told Channel 9 the person behind the wheel had just left the bar after getting into a fight with someone inside.

Officials said four people were sent to the hospital and they are expected to be OK.

Police said the driver stayed at the scene but did not say whether he was arrested.
