Pups Pub: Full liquor dog park & sports bar set to open in downtown Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — Are you looking for a place to watch the big game, take your dog and celebrate with friends?

Look no further.

Orlando’s first “full liquor dog park & sports bar” will open next month.

Pups Pub will feature a full liquor bar and a first-ever fully turfed off-leash dog park bar.

Adults must be at least 21 years old, and dogs over one year old must be spayed or neutered, according to its website.

All dogs must be up-to-date with all of their vaccines before they are allowed entry to the pub.

According to its social media page, “We ensure that all dogs that enter Pups Pub are happy, friendly and healthy! We do not allow aggressive behavior in this doghouse.”

Pups Pub, originally based in Tampa, will be open seven days a week and feature a daily “Yappy Hour” from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Pups Pub won’t serve food but will offer food trucks almost daily and allow customers to bring in take out.

Membership is required for your four-legged friend, and the pub is offering discounted VIP memberships for dogs if purchased before July 1. With the 50% discount, monthly memberships are $15, and annual memberships are $150, according to the pub’s social media.

Pups Pub is located at 317 N. Orange Ave. and is set to open on July 1.
