Let Freedom Ring’: The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra returns to OIA for free show

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra will return to Orlando International Airport to perform for the first time in nearly three years.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, along with the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, is welcoming back a favorite holiday tradition.

The Liberty Weekend patriotic concert will return to OIA for the first time since 2019.

This year’s event, themed “Let Freedom Ring.” will be held on Saturday, June 18, in advance of the Fourth of July holiday.

Residents are invited to attend the complimentary performance, which begins at 8 p.m.

Before the show begins, the Colonel Joe Kittinger Award will be presented. The award honors a distinguished veteran for their service and contributions to aviation, the country and the Central Florida community.

The concert is open to the public, and those attending the event will receive three hours of complimentary garage parking.
