Officials are investigating after a 35-year-old man was found shot early Thursday morning, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were initially dispatched out to the 1800 block of Buchanan Bay Circle at the Landon Trace Townhomes for a shots fired call around 5:15 a.m.
Upon arrival, officials found the man suffering from a gunshot wound and transported him to an area hospital for treatment, according to deputies. His condition has not yet been released.
The shooting suspect remained on scene and has cooperated with law enforcement, according to officials.
