Negotiation brings Orange County schools closer to teacher pay, benefits agreement

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orange County Public Schools and the teachers’ association have finally come to a tentative agreement on teacher compensation.

The deal includes wage raises, a one-time district supplement of $2,600 cost-of-living and performance raises, longevity supplements, and new health insurance benefits.
