Pop-up vaccination sites help get shots to Orlando’s underserved areas

ORLANDO, Fla. — State officials had more than 1,000 doses to administer to people living in underserved areas on Orlando’s west side on Tuesday.

Officials set up at three different locations in the area, dolling out vaccine doses to those in need.

The sites offered the Johnson & Johnsons vaccine, which provides full vaccination after one shot.

The three sites administered the vaccine until 6 p.m. or until the shots ran out.
