Register now for the OCSO women’s self-defense course in Apopka

This two-hour training session is scheduled to take place at the Sector I Substation in Apopka

APOPKA, Fla. — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is accepting registrations for a women’s self-defense course scheduled for Sept. 19 at the Sector I Substation in Apopka.

Join for a two-hour class from 9 to 11 a.m. at 1111 N. Rock Springs Road, specially welcoming women aged 18 and above. Caring OCSO instructors will guide you through simple self-defense techniques and personal safety tips—no experience needed!

Space is limited. Registration is available at HERE. OCSO’s self-defense program notes that registration links open ahead of scheduled classes and capacity may fill quickly.
