Teen shot near Orlando park, homes struck by bullets, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police said a teenager was shot near a park Monday afternoon.

The shooting happened around 1:16 p.m. near the 4400 block of Prince Hall Boulevard.

The victim was taken to a hospital and is in surgery, officers said.

Two homes in the area were also struck by bullets.

Police said there were no other injuries.
