WINTER PARK, Fla. — Winter Park police said they are searching for a 10-month-old who was possibly kidnapped at a Ruth’s Chris off Orlando Ave.
Police said they spoke to a woman who told them her boyfriend left with the baby during an argument.
The Winter Park Police Department has not released a picture of the man or the baby.
