An Oregon-based coffee chain has plans for another drive-thru in Orlando.

Dutch Bros. Coffee has proposed a 960-square-foot building at the Cornerstone at Lake Hart shopping center at 10615 Narcoossee Road. The proposal would have Dutch Bros. on a portion of the parking lot for the anchored shopping center.
Why this matters: New restaurants create jobs and are often sought out by property developers to fill retail space.
