Orlando City Soccer School Lake Nona to break ground on new $2 million home park

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando City Soccer School Lake Nona is set to break ground on its new six-acre, $2 million home park this week.

The soccer school’s new facility will be at XL Soccer World Lake Nona on Suttner Avenue.

Orlando City Lake Nona coaching staff and players will be joined by children from XL Soccer’s youth programs for the ground breaking on Thursday at 4 p.m.

Officials said the park is anticipated to open in June and will feature two full-size 11v11 fields that will be used as home fields and also by visiting international teams.
