OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office released several years’ worth of evaluations on Thursday of a school resource officer who slammed a student to the ground as he tried to break up a fight at Liberty High School.

In it, school resource officer Ethan Fournier was given mainly ratings that he met or exceeded expectations. In his most recent review, he was described as a “team player.”

But the report said in 2019, he was involved in multiple use-of-force incidents; however, these were found not to violate Florida law.
