According to police, the parents of the child had received a video link from the Ladybird Academy notifying them their child was about to be fed.

The parents told investigators as they were watching the livestream when they saw a worker, later identified as Bryan, appear to get frustrated and grab the child by the arms and shake the infant while still in the seat.
