ORLANDO, Fla. — President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 again.
On Saturday, President Biden tweeted that he had tested positive for the virus.
The president tweeted: “This happens with a small minority of folks. I’ve got no symptoms but I am going to isolate for the safety of everyone around me. I’m still at work, and will be back on the road soon.”
Biden ended his COVID-19 isolation after testing negative for the virus on Tuesday night and again on Wednesday.
The administration recently launched a renewed push for COVID-19 booster shots for those eligible, pointing to the enhanced protections they offer against severe illness as the highly transmissible BA.5 variant spreads across the country.
