See Orange County Public Schools’ highest-paid employees

Orange County Public Schools has an average annual pay of $48,214 among its 23,337 employees with data available.

Those numbers reflect a variety of pay structures, including administrators with longer work schedules and teachers who may not be contracted for a full 12 months of work. The district is one of the largest employers in metro Orlando.

Data can be used by employees to find what they and their peers earn, which could give them salary negotiating power when it comes to raises or new jobs. Meanwhile, employers can compare how their companies’ wages stack up against those paid by their competitors.
