Spring is in the air! EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival begins today

BAY LAKE, Fla. — Spring is in the air! The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival begins Wednesday.


The festival runs from March 2 to July 4. It features fresh cuisine, colorful gardens, playful topiaries and vibrant entertainment.

With the festival taking place during the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration, Disney said a new main entrance topiary display will feature Goofy and a 50th-themed birthday cake.

Disney said other topiaries will include Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Germany pavilion, and Lumiere and Cogsworth welcoming guests to the recently expanded France pavilion.

The festival will feature 18 outdoor kitchens, offering a selection of springtime fruits, vegetables, desserts and more.

The International Flower & Garden Festival is included with admission to EPCOT.
