These ZIP codes notched the most Q1 2022 home sales

ORLANDO, Fla. — Editor’s note: This story is available as a result of a content partnership between WFTV and the Orlando Business Journal.

Metro Orlando’s housing market this year witnessed the most first-quarter home sales in at least two decades, and a few communities stood out as activity hotbeds.

Ever-popular areas like Winter Garden and Windermere remained hot, while neighborhoods like Ventura experienced a surge in home sales in the first three months of the year.

As usual, Orange County led all metro Orlando counties in first-quarter home sales with 4,797, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. Across the metro, home sales in March increased 28% from 3,198 in February to 4,100, while the median sales price climbed 4.6% month-over-month to $345,000.
