Investigators said that the 14-year-old was well over the ride’s weight limit, but a worker modified the safety sensor to allow him to board.

He was turned away from the SlingShot and StarFlyer because of his size.

Records also show that the ride was on the way down when Sampson fell.

Sampson was visiting Orlando with another family.

Sampson’s friend’s father was standing outside the fence with his girlfriend when Sampson fell from the ride.

They told deputies that after Sampson fell, they could see that he was still breathing, but he was unresponsive.

They said that no one touched Sampson until deputies arrived.

Sampson’s family is taking legal action. They filed a lawsuit against 10 companies, including ICON Park.

The 65-page lawsuit said he shouldn’t have been allowed on the ride in the first place.

The ride also didn’t have any safety belts, which the lawsuit says could have prevented his death.
