The United States Department of Agriculture has released its predictions on grocery costs, and it isn’t good.
It said you could be spending up to 4% more on food by the end of the year.

Essentials like dairy, poultry and baked goods are just some of the affected items.
Restaurant prices are also expected to go up. Eating out could cost up to 6.5% more this year.
