Man shot after fight at Daytona Beach club, police say

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — A man was shot early Friday after a fight at a club in Daytona Beach, police said.

The Daytona Beach Police Department said two people got into a fight just before 2 a.m. at the 509 Lounge on Seabreeze Boulevard.

After the fight was over, the man walked to his car and the suspect shot him in the facial area, according to police.

Police said the bullet grazed the man’s face. It was not life-threatening.

The suspect fled the scene.

No other details were available.
