DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The sister of a man accused of robbing a Daytona Beach bank called police after recognizing him from surveillance pictures. The surveillance images were taken at the Wachovia Bank on Monday.
Eyewitness News was there when police arrested Alphonso Carter at a home on Cannon Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators found a bag of cash hidden in an air conditioning vent inside the home.
