But President Donald Trump reminded Americans Sunday not to panic by, telling them to relax and don’t buy more than needed, The Washington Post reported.

Nurses said you should have the following items now, instead of after you get a positive test result back, according to WOWK:

  • Kleenex
  • Thermometer
  • Acetaminophen, known as Tylenol, 325 mg tablets
  • Cough medicine like Mucinex, Robitussin or NyQuil. But check ingredients to make sure you’re not double-dosing on acetaminophen. Also, make sure it is a cough suppressant and an expectorant.
  • Vicks Vaporub
  • Humidifier

It also suggests following the suggestions from the Department of Homeland Security when dealing with a pandemic.
