The chicken has establishment number EST. 20214 on the case. They were shipped to a distributor in Illinois, who then sent the chicken to restaurants.
The chicken came in 9-lb. cases with eight, 6-oz packages of “All Natural Fire Grilled Chicken Breast” with a use-by date of 5/30/22 or 9-lb. cases with 12, 4-oz packages of “All Natural Fire Grilled Chicken Breast” with a use-by date of 6/19/22, according to the FSIS.
The agency said the chicken might be in distributor or restaurant freezers or refrigerators.
