Fernandez was arrested in April on charges of bribery, theft and accepting illegal campaign contributions.

In part of the video released, Fernandez can be seen accepting a white envelope from an undercover FDLE agent posing as a project developer. Detectives say the envelope was filled with $6,000 in cash.

Fernandez's attorney says his client never opened the envelope.
