ORLANDO, Fla. — Visitors will now have to pay more to go to Universal Orlando.
Nearly a week after Disney World raised its ticket prices, Universal Orlando increased admission to its parks. According to a tweet by Attractions Magazine, a single-day, one-park ticket will cost $102, up $6 from their previous price. A two-park ticket will run $147.
Universal Orlando's website also reflects the change, showing that multi-day purchases will bring the cost-per-day down.
The move comes after Disney World announced they would be charging $105 for a single-day ticket, topping $100 for the first time. The previous price was $99.
A one-day ticket to Disney's other central Florida theme parks — Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom — are $97, up from $94.
Universal Orlando has raised their ticket prices. A one day, one park ticket is now $102 and a one-day, two-park ticket is $147.
