ORLANDO, Fla. — In honor of Black History Month, 9 Family Connection and our partners McCoy Federal Credit Union, McDonald’s, Stanley Steemer, and The UPS Store honors local small business owners who are making a difference in the lives of youth in our community.
This week we sat down with Jonas Cayo, president and CEO of Elevate Orlando, a nonprofit that helps local youth learn soft skills. The teacher mentor program helps kids work on their intrapersonal skills and life readiness.
