ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — Deputies have arrested a man in connection with a murder that happened near the University of Central Florida, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
Joshua Cox, 23, of Orlando, is being held in jail without bond, accused of killing Frank Perry.
Perry was found dead inside a car at the Arbour Apartments on Monday morning.
Cox is facing charges of first degree murder, and robbery with a firearm.
