ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — Residents who live in Avalon Park are considering installing surveillance cameras to fight crime.
The move comes after a recent spike in home and car break-ins in the area.
Community leaders are researching the cost and legalities of setting up 24 hour surveillance cameras on streets in Avalon Park.
If approved, the new cameras could be up and running in a few months.
