Actress and singer Charmian Carr, best known for her role as Liesl, the eldest Von Trapp daughter in the film version of "The Sound of Music," died Sunday.
Carr died from complications of a rare form of dementia, according to TMZ, which cited a representative for Carr.
Carr is survived by her siblings, two children and four grandchildren, according to TMZ.
