Deputies: shooting victim found in wrecked car

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Seminole County Deputies are investigating a crash and possible shooting that sent one person to the hospital Wednesday night.

The Seminole County Fire Department first responded to the 700 block of Suncrest Loop in Casselberry just after 8:15 p.m. for the reported accident.

Deputies say they found the victim of an apparent shooting in the vehicle there.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

The Sheriff’s Office says their investigators are still trying to determine exactly where the incident originated.

No suspects have been identified.
