ORLANDO, Fla. — A Walt Disney World bus driver is on paid leave following a physical confrontation with a guest. An eyewitness caught the incident on camera and posted it on the Internet (watch it).

WATCH VIDEO: Eyewitness Video Of Bus Confrontation

The YouTube video shows a person shoving and choking the driver. The person who posted the video said the passenger was upset because the driver told him that he had to wait for another bus.

The fight happened on Tuesday at Hollywood Studios.

WFTV spoke with Disney officials Friday who are looking into the incident, but so far say the driver followed policy and was not at fault.

The Phoenix woman who recorded the video, Zoe Smith, told WFTV the guest started the incident.

According to Smith, the park guest was about to get on the bus with his wife and baby, but it was full. The bus driver told the man he couldn't get on and was calling the family a second bus. The bus driver told the man to wait for the next bus he was calling to pick them up.

Furious, the man got on the bus and went straight for driver's neck. The driver pushed back. Other guests can be heard in the video calling "security" as the driver was being choked.

The man pleaded his case to others on the bus.

"I was waiting here first and he tried to block me. He let everyone pass through before us," the man said in the video.

The driver's union representative contacted Smith for the footage.

Resort officials say workers are trained to handle aggressive situations and believe their worker was not at fault.

WFTV showed the video to the Berkley family, who are visiting from Nebraska.

"You can get pretty worn out going to the parks, he probably snapped. We've been on the buses and never seen anything like that," Dave Berkley said.

Disney officials told WFTV they're investigating the incident. The Orange County Sheriff's Office wasn't called about the incident, because the bus driver and guest decided not to press charges.
