Parrish Medical Center welcomes Christina Caito, DO, to north Brevard

Parrish Medical Center (PMC) is pleased to welcome OB/Gyn physician Christina Caito, DO, to its medical staff and the North Brevard community.

Dr. Caito received her degree in Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Nova Southeastern University, Davie, Fla.

She then completed her four-year residency training at Garden City Hospital in the Detroit, Mich. metropolitan area. She was the chief resident for two years, and served as a principle research investigator for four years to help aid future medical advancements. She also wrote two clinical papers during her residency—one on the new Pap smear guidelines, and one on the affects and outcomes of premature birth.

Dr. Caito’s areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery; preconception counseling and prenatal care; annual well-woman exams; evaluation and treatment of women’s ovulation cycles; and managing both permanent and reversible birth control.

Dr. Caito welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance. She is a member of the Parrish Medical Center medical staff, and the Parrish Medical Group.
