2 arrested, 1 at large in Orlando shooting death of 23-year-old man

ORLANDO, Fla. — Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a gunman accused of shooting and killing a man in Orlando.

Police said Burgos was found lying in the middle of the street with gunshot wounds. Burgos was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said the shooting might be connected to a brawl at a Halloween party in St. Cloud.

Raul Suarez-Rosario, 23, and Kenneth Lara-Feliz, 20, were initially arrested, but they could not be charged because of conflicting witness accounts, police said.

Lara-Feliz bonded out after he was jailed on resisting arrest charges, but Suarez-Rosario remained behind bars because he violated the terms of his probation, police said.

Police issued arrest warrants on charges of first-degree murder for the pair. A third person, Tara Sanchez- Smith, 32, was charged with giving false information to detectives, police said.

Suarez-Rosario was served his warrant in jail, but Lara-Feliz remains at large.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).
