DELTONA, Fla. — A judge denied a man bond Thursday after he was arrested on charges of exposing himself to several women and a 15-year-old girl in Deltona, deputies said.
Deputies said Jonathan Owens, 23, admitted to exposing himself to women and teens around Deltona.
Residents told WFTV they're happy he's in jail.

"You don't want to be seeing somebody at that age streaking around with no clothes on. It's just not done, you know? Especially if you have young kids at home," said resident Shirley Giha.
Owens was arrested on Wednesday after a tip came in from a woman who approached Owens in April when he was naked. He gave her his name and phone number.
Her tip pointed them to Owens' home, which is the same street he flashed the 38-year-old later in the day. The 38-year-old woman said she noticed a blue Dodge Ram driving slowly past her house. On one pass, Owens exposed himself to her, investigators said.
"There was just a man at the end of my driveway when I was outside, and he was naked, and he wouldn't leave," the 38-year-old woman said.
Owens was already serving probation after he was arrested two years ago for exposing himself to three teenage girls.
Owens has exposed himself at least four or five times to women, between ages 15 to 50, since February within a 2-mile area, according to investigators.
Investigators said the Owens has been flashing women or just walking around naked in Deltona neighborhoods after dark.
Investigators have determined Owens is responsible for eight cases in the Deltona area. The sheriff’s office is filing affidavits to charge him with eight counts of exposure of sexual organs and eight counts of lewd or lascivious conduct and additional charges are possible.
Owens is in custody in the Volusia County Branch Jail on charges of violating his probation in a prior case of aggravated stalking of a person under 16 years of age.
