SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A vehicle was found submerged in a pond in Heathrow Tuesday morning, Florida Highway Patrol Troopers said.
The vehicle was discovered in a pond off AAA Drive by a pest control company around 9:30 a.m. The pond is near the Seminole State College Heathrow Campus.
According to troopers, a man was found dead in the vehicle. The vehicle, a pickup truck, was pulled from the pond late Tuesday morning.

"It's too early for us to tell how fast this car was going, but that is obviously one thing we'll look at," said Sgt. Kim Montes, with FHP.
FHP troopers identified the victim as a Mark Reagan, 47, of Orlando.
Troopers said the truck went into the pond around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. They said Reagan was reported missing Monday.
According to troopers, the truck left the roadway, drove onto the grass and into the pond.
A second vehicle was pulled from the pond, but troopers said that car was stolen from Volusia County last year and is not related to Reagan's death.
