FDLE cancels missing child alert for Brevard County newborn

PALM BAY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has cancelled the missing child alert for a newborn baby in Brevard County.

FDLE said that the child was found safe.

The alert went out Saturday after he went missing from his home in Palm Bay.

1-week-old baby, Ryder Stroud was last seen Tuesday in the area of the 3300 block of Vista Oaks Circle.

According to the FDLE missing child alert, officials believe he may be with Kylee Barta, 31, and James Stroud, 40.

Law enforcement has not released information on how Barta and Stroud are related to the baby.

Officials said the pair may be traveling in a 2001 black Acura CL with a temporary FL tag of DGK9123.

The sedan’s front bumper may be partially white, according to the alert.

Due to the child’s age, there are no images available. Ryder is described as a white, bald newborn. His eye color, weight and height are currently unknown.
