A fully leased commercial building in one of Orlando’s popular downtown neighborhood has hit the market.

The building at 201 N. Bumby Ave. was listed last week by Ron Wenzel, a managing partner for Casselberry-based Vesteco Real Estate Management.

The 5,545-square-foot building on a 0.44-acre lot at the northeast corner of Bumby Avenue and East Jefferson Street, is listed at $4.75 million — or roughly $857 per square foot. It last sold in April 2019 for $1.04 million.
