OCALA, Fla.,None — Coca-Cola is planning on pulling its bottling facility out of Ocala, taking 85 jobs along with it.
The company said it is consolidating and will offer its workers in Ocala positions at other plants in Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, and Brooksville.
Ocala’s new mayor is planning a meeting later this month to try to stop the plan.
