COCOA VILLAGE, Fla. — Kimco Real Estate will host its Chapter 7 Halloween Party and fourth annual Cocoa Village Golf Cart Parade on Oct. 31, 2026, at 501 Florida Ave. in Historic Cocoa Village.
The free public event, which starts at 6:30 pm, serves as a fundraiser for Brittany’s Wish, a local nonprofit that assists families navigating childhood cancer diagnoses.
The gathering will take place on the main grounds of Kimco Real Estate immediately following the City of Cocoa’s Fall Festival. All proceeds raised from activities during the evening will benefit Brittany’s Wish, a 501(c)(three) organization.
Kim Forbes Stewart, a representative of Kimco Real Estate, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting the local community through the annual event.
“This event is Kimco’s absolute favorite way of giving back to our amazing customers and the community that supports us year-round,” Stewart said. “We’re bringing together incredible food, competitive holiday fun, and neighborhood camaraderie to champion a cause that provides true comfort to local families when they need it most.”
The golf cart parade is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm, with viewing locations located across Cocoa Village. Participants will display decorated golf carts, which will be judged in several categories, including Spookiest, Most Nostalgic, Most Fun, Most Illuminated, Most Animated, and the Kimco’s Choice Award.
Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes and visit Skelly’s Photo Booth to enter a costume contest featuring cash prizes.
Food will be provided by local restaurant Crydermans BBQ, serving as the evening’s food sponsor under the name “The Grill Reapers.” A bartender will also serve specialty beverages during the event.
The Community Women’s Club is sponsoring interactive games and drawings for the opportunity basket. All proceeds raised from the drawings will go directly to support Brittany’s Wish.
Costume contest winners will be officially announced on Nov. 2, 2026.
