ORLANDO, Fla. — Lovers of tulips, windmills, art and street canals will have an easier way to get their fix.
Starting next year, Orlando travelers will be able to go to Amsterdam on a direct flight out of Orlando International Airport.
Delta, in partnership with KLM and Air France, on March 30 will begin offering direct flights from OIA to Amsterdam’s Schipol Airport.
The airport said the new service will operate daily, with a flight leaving OIA at 9:45 p.m. and arriving in Amsterdam at 12:45 p.m.
Flights will depart Amsterdam at 1:15 p.m. and arrive in Orlando at 5:41 p.m.
The flights will be on a Boeing 767-300 with 225 seats.
Amsterdam is the 57th international nonstop route from OIA.
