Downtown building hits the market after $7M in recent renovations

A downtown Orlando office building that has had millions of dollars pumped into its reinvention is on the market.

The four-story, 141,125-square-foot Fulcrum building at 150 N. Orange Ave. is being marketed for sale by Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Brugge and Rick Colon.

The offering is unpriced in marketing materials, but had an assessed value of $17.3 million in 2022 by the Orange County Property Appraiser.
