OCALA, Fla. — A man was struck and killed by a bus while being kicked out of an Ocala strip club, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Charles Davis Jr., 52, was walking backward as the staff at Body Shots Strip club on US-441 walked toward him to get him off the property.
Davis continued to talk backward even as the staff turned around to head back into the strip club, troopers said.
One of the employees yelled at Davis to get out of the roadway, but Davis didn’t move.
That’s when troopers said a large bus heading southbound in the outside lane struck Davis.
He died at the scene.
