MUGSHOTS: Operation Cruel Summer
St. Johns County Sheriff David Shoar announced Friday the arrest of 17 men who traveled to St. Johns County to have sex with children.
Shoar said his agency worked with multiple police departments to make the arrests, dubbed "Operation Cruel Summer."
