LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — EPCOT’s transformation continues at Walt Disney World.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind officially opens to the public on May 27, but Channel 9′s Jeff Levkulich got a sneak peek of the family-friendly roller coaster on Thursday.

Guests will enter the Wonders of Xandar pavilion, entering the world of Guardians of the Galaxy.

The ride is one of the biggest indoor roller coasters in the world and features Disney’s first-ever reverse launch.

And what’s a new attraction without some new merchandise? Coffee mugs, shirts, hats and bags are among the new merchandise to extend the Cosmic Rewind experience beyond the park.
