ORLANDO, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis has canceled a planned news conference Tuesday in Orlando.

The governor was planning to speak around 11:15 a.m. from the Orange County State Attorney’s Office.
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody was also planning to speak at the event.

The governor’s press office did not say why the event was canceled or what DeSantis was planning to address at the event.
Officials said the news conference will be rescheduled for a later date.
