Human body museum and more headed to Osceola County

A new medical office building and a museum dedicated to the human body will be part of a new mixed-use development along U.S. 192.

Regency Health Everest will have a 78,000-square-foot medical office building in the Everest Place mixed-use development, which includes more than 224 acres at 8298 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee near the Four Corners.

The proposed “multibillion-dollar” development from Everest Group of Cos. will include condos and hotel rooms with Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts and Mysk by Shaza, as well as a shopping center, restaurants and more.

Dr. Ashley Ansara, owner of the Ansara Holding Corporation Inc. who is building the medical portion of the project alongside Everest, told Orlando Business Journal the company was drawn by how much vehicle traffic is along the corridor.
