ORLANDO, Fla. — Jury selection is underway in the murder trial of a man accused of killing a bouncer at a downtown Orlando bar.
Prosecutors said surveillance video shows Craig Sandhaus stabbing 25-year-old Milton Torres outside The Lodge on Orange Avenue in May 2011.
The trial has been delayed several times as Sandhaus tried to get the case dismissed using the "stand your ground" law, but was denied.
In May, a jury was chosen but then dismissed because of misconduct.
Sandhaus claims he was protecting his brother during a fight at the bar.
Sandhaus' brother, Eric Sandhaus, was initially charged with murder but those charges were dropped when Craig Sandhaus allegedly confessed.
