OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A man died Sunday while camping in a wooded area near Holopaw, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office said.
The man, who wasn't publicly identified, died at Suburban Estates, a sprawling swath of undeveloped land off of Holo Paw Groves Road, said Twis Lizasuain, a Sheriff's Office spokeswoman.
"One male is deceased and one was transported to a local hospital in stable condition," Lizasuain said. "The individuals were staying in a camper on the property."
Investigators haven't determined how the man died, but Lizasuain said the death didn't appear to be criminal in nature.
The property, which is privately owned, is frequently used for recreation.
No other details were given.
