EDGEWATER, Fla. — A 24-year-old man died after being struck by a train early Tuesday morning, according to Edgewater police.
Officials said the man was struck around 1:25 a.m. on the railroad tracks north of 26th Street.
The man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officials said the man was with two friends at the time of the accident.
