Fire officials in Marion County are investigating after a fire broke out at a restaurant just after midnight.
Units were dispatched out to Aunt Fannie’s Restaurant located in the 6100 block of Abshier Boulevard after a passerby reported seeing heavy smoke coming from the building.
Officials found the fire in the attic and had reached the roof before being extinguished just before 1 a.m.

Over 40 firefighters responded to the fire.
No injuries were reported in the fire.
